The Birth Anniversary of prominent Indian English writer and Sahitya Academy Awardee R K Narayan was celebrated by the Department of English of GCW (A) Srikakulam. The students of I, II and III year B.A. Special English students participated in the celebrations on 10th October 2023.
Selected students reviewed the novels of R K Narayan and shared their reviews on stage. The faculty discussed the biography and prominent works of R K Narayan. Dr K Surya Chandra Rao, the Principal of the college participated in the event and spoke about the greatness of R K Narayan.
